• Plan, coordinate, and manage comprehensive support packages tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients, addressing their unique challenges and promoting resilience.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to gather detailed insights regarding their mental health status, strengths, and areas requiring support, ensuring the development of effective intervention strategies.
• Set measurable and individualized therapeutic goals for each client, which are aimed at enhancing their recovery and overall well-being.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on evaluations and feedback to enhance effectiveness and client engagement.
• Provide professional counseling and guidance during individual and group therapy sessions, equipping clients with the necessary tools for coping and recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary meetings, offering insights and recommendations based on client assessments.
• Facilitate referrals to external community resources, ensuring clients have access to additional support systems that complement their recovery journey.

This role primarily focuses on supporting a diverse population of students facing various adversities within school settings. The LCSW will work closely with minors and their families, providing a safe and supportive environment critical for mental health recovery and well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this role.
• Proven clinical experience in delivering social work and counseling services, particularly within educational or community settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

The compensation for this role ranges between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, with the potential for a sign-on bonus.
