In this vital role, you will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Master Social Worker, required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in Dialysis, In-Center Hemodialysis (ICHD) preferred.
  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice from an accredited school of Social Work required.
  • Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.
  • Obtained their Clinical License (e.g., LCSW, LICSW), meeting all licensure requirements for their state.
  • Proficient in all Experienced level Social Worker duties.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
