Job description

Contingent USTDA opportunity - South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Mission (1131PL26R0063).
Role: MRO, Airworthiness, Airline and Airport Operating-Model Specialist
Accountability: Test maintenance, airworthiness, workforce, airline and airport operating assumptions.
Required evidence: 10+ years MRO, airline technical operations, airport operations or airworthiness certification.
Preferred: Training systems; emerging markets.
  • Four-year period of performance; intermittent, assignment-based work.
  • Remote work with possible travel in South and Southeast Asia.
  • U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident required for proposal eligibility.
  • Submit a current resume limited to three pages and identify 2-3 directly relevant projects.
  • Confirm availability, travel restrictions, organizational conflicts, citizenship/LPR category, and rate/conditions.
