Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our local home services brand. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to combine strategy, paid ads, short-form video, local SEO, and social media to generate real leads and booked estimates.

Our business focuses on services such as sod installation, lawn transformation, fencing, fence repair, and outdoor property improvement. We need someone who can help us increase online visibility, create strong before-and-after content, manage paid campaigns, and turn digital attention into real customer inquiries.

This role is perfect for someone who is creative, organized, data-driven, and comfortable working directly with the business owner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and local lead generation campaigns.
  • Research keywords for services such as sod installation, fencing, lawn replacement, fence repair, and other local home services.
  • Create, edit, and publish short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
  • Build Instagram content calendars with posts, Reels, Stories, before-and-after projects, customer testimonials, and educational content.
  • Help grow local visibility through Google Business Profile posts, photos, service updates, and review strategies.
  • Track leads, calls, form submissions, booked estimates, and campaign performance.
  • Use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to measure results.
  • Improve ad performance through A/B testing, better creatives, better targeting, and landing page recommendations.
  • Create content that highlights completed jobs, customer results, transformations, and local service expertise.
  • Help develop digital marketing strategies that increase qualified leads and revenue.
  • Stay current with platform trends, algorithm changes, short-form video trends, and local marketing opportunities.
  • Work directly with ownership on branding, campaigns, content direction, and growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Experience managing Google Ads and Meta/Facebook/Instagram campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, paid advertising, targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to create engaging short-form video content.
  • Experience with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing platforms.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong writing skills for captions, ad copy, headlines, and customer-facing content.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing projects.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving small business environment.
  • Portfolio or work samples required.

Preferred Experience

  • Marketing for local service businesses, contractors, landscaping companies, fencing companies, roofing companies, real estate, home improvement, or B2C brands.
  • Experience with Google Business Profile optimization.
