Our team thrives in a collaborative environment where ideas are shared, and professional growth is encouraged. Although remote, you will be part of a close-knit community of professionals dedicated to improving mental health outcomes within our organization and broader society.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison with the wider mental health community, advocating for resource access and development goals that benefit the client population.
  • Develop training materials to enhance program effectiveness, ensuring all staff members are equipped to provide high-quality care.

  • Current, active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in clinical settings, is required to ensure you can effectively navigate the therapeutic landscape.
  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma recovery is highly desirable.
