Job description

The Director of Business Development at Opus CMC is responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for the Mortgage Fulfillment Group. This leader will oversee the full sales cycle, cultivate strong client relationships, and collaborate across departments to expand Opus CMC’s footprint in mortgage services, outsourcing, and digital transformation solutions.

This is a Fully Remote position within the U.S. (Preference to Central and Eastern USA)

Ideal Candidate

To be successful as Director of Business Development at Opus CMC, the candidate must bring deep expertise in Mortgage Fulfillment Services and Outsourcing, a proven track record of consistently meeting revenue goals, and strong existing relationships with key decision-makers across the industry.

Success in this role requires arriving with a solid book of business, the ability to expand Opus CMCs market presence through strategic growth initiatives, and the credibility to represent the company at the highest levels.

Responsibilities:
