What we're looking for:
AmeriSave is currently hiring Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analysts to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven and passionate about playing a key role in our company's growth. Candidates must be detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
  • Provision, modify, and deprovision user accounts across multiple Microsoft 365 tenants and enterprise applications.
  • Support user administration for employees, contractors, vendors, investors, and external business partners.
  • Process onboarding, offboarding, transfer, and status change requests according to established procedures.
  • Assist with administration of company-wide and subsidiary business systems.
  • Support remote and in-office new hire onboarding activities.
  • Assist users with MFA enrollment, Microsoft Authenticator registration, password resets, and account access issues.
  • Maintain account records and documentation to support access reviews and audit requests.
  • Escalate complex application, licensing, or access issues to senior team members.

What You'll Need:
Education & Experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 0-2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Help Desk, Systems Administration, or related IT discipline
  • Experience working in a ticket-driven support environment preferred

Technical Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and identity management concepts
  • Familiarity with Multifactor Authentication (MFA) technologies and Microsoft Authenticator
  • Understanding of security principles including least privilege and access control
