• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized therapy strategies that promote healing and personal growth.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring an environment of trust and safety for open communication.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive client care, integrating perspectives from allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems effectively.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay current with the latest mental health research and therapeutic methodologies.

This position primarily serves adolescents and their families who may be facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance-related issues. Our organization focuses on those with limited access to mental health resources, making it crucial for counselors to approach each client with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to equitable care.

• A Master's Degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Possession of a valid and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the state of Nevada.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in the mental health field.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and foster trust with diverse clients.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Proficiency in using EMR software and a comfort level with technology for remote services.

• At least two years of clinical counseling experience in settings that serve adolescents and families.
• A specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma therapy, or substance use counseling is highly desirable.
• A proactive approach to managing and recommending therapeutic strategies tailored to individual needs.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition to competitive pay, we offer extensive benefits, including:
