THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION


Marrina Decisions is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Operations Lead to support one of our premium enterprise clients. This role is responsible for designing and optimizing marketing automation, lifecycle engagement programs, and data-driven marketing operations that drive measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines deep marketing automation expertise, strong analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable marketing programs that support client growth.

This role will work closely with marketing, product, sales, and data teams to improve lead management, lifecycle engagement, campaign automation, and reporting infrastructure.

Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship.


Responsibilities

Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Programs

Design and manage lifecycle marketing programs that support lead generation, activation, and engagement
Build and optimize automated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Develop lifecycle workflows that improve lead conversion, customer engagement, and retention
Implement segmentation and personalization strategies to improve campaign performance

Marketing Operations & CRM Integration

Manage marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or other MAP tools
Ensure proper Salesforce CRM integration and data flow
Maintain and optimize lead management, lead routing, and lifecycle models
Implement automation processes that improve marketing efficiency and scalability

Data, Reporting & Performance Insights

Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks
Monitor campaign performance and key engagement metrics
Partner with marketing and leadership teams to provide data-driven recommendations
Ensure strong data quality and governance across marketing systems

Collaboration & Client Support

Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, and analytics
Translate business requirements into scalable marketing automation solutions
Support enterprise client marketing initiatives and operational programs
Provide strategic input to improve marketing processes and campaign performance

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing
Strong expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, or similar)
Experience working with Salesforce CRM and marketing system integrations
Experience building lead management and lifecycle marketing frameworks
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance reporting
Ability to manage complex marketing programs in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills


Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise marketing teams or agency clients
Experience working in SaaS, technology, or subscription-based businesses
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and personalization platforms

Compensation Range

$100,000 - $120,000 annually depends on location and experience
