• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy, utilizing tailored modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and other therapeutic methods to foster personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Establish specific therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitor their progress toward these goals.
• Offer flexible teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges or preferring virtual engagements.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress rigorously to uphold ethical and professional standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and professional literature to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care.

• Current and valid state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental demeanor toward clients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably in private practice or telehealth environments.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and technologies for remote counseling sessions.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 based on caseload and experience, offering a competitive compensation package. Benefits include:
