Trusted Support Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dynamic team. This full-time, remote position allows you to provide vital mental health services to clients from the comfort of your home or while working from our outpatient office in sunny Orlando, Florida. • Conduct detailed client assessments to identify their mental health conditions and specific needs, utilizing both standardized evaluation tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique mental health concerns, integrating therapeutic modalities tailored to their circumstances.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using various approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and family counseling as needed, creating an inclusive and safe environment for shared experiences and growth.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress against treatment goals and adjust strategies as necessary, ensuring responsiveness to clients' evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress using electronic medical records (EMRs), ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.
• Engage in continuous professional development and partake in team meetings, workshops, and trainings to stay updated on the latest mental health practices and innovations.

Our clients represent a wide range of demographics and mental health needs, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. The LMHC role is vital in fostering a safe atmosphere for clients to express their concerns openly and receive the understanding and support necessary for healing and growth.

• A master's degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a mental health counselor (LMHC) is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years' experience providing mental health counseling services is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• A strong understanding of evidence-based treatment practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMRs) and an aptitude for integrating technology into clinical practices.

• Experience with telehealth modalities and remote client engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with community resources and supports applicable to our diverse client population.
• Specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or child and adolescent therapy is a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
