• Facilitate remote therapy sessions using our secure online platform, ensuring a safe space for client interaction.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on each client's unique mental health needs, symptoms, and goals.
• Regularly monitor client progress toward appointed objectives and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records while adhering to best practices regarding ethical and legal standards.
• Network and collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to enhance the quality of care provided to clients, including social workers, case managers, and psychiatrists.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with the latest mental health therapies and technologies.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. By employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's specific circumstances, you will help them navigate their challenges and achieve sustainable mental health improvements. Understanding the cultural, social, and economic factors affecting client perspectives is vital in building rapport and trust essential for effective therapy.

• A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including options such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Proficiency in conducting individual therapy, demonstrating a solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Ability to effectively use technology to conduct remote counseling sessions and maintain an organized workflow.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Prior experience in remote therapy or telehealth services preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with assessment tools to track client progress.
• History of participation in interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
