This full-time remote position will allow you to bring your expertise in mental health therapy to a diverse client base while working from the comfort of your home. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing to the mental health of our clients. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing clients with a consistent schedule to access services. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health conditions and collaboratively develop tailored therapy plans to address their specific needs and goals.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to facilitate effective treatment and measurable progress in clients' lives.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer reviews to enhance therapeutic skills and ensure the highest standards of care are met.
• Participate in ongoing professional education and training opportunities to remain current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Our clients come from various backgrounds and include individuals and couples seeking support for a wide range of mental health challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work closely with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. You will play a vital role in helping them navigate their emotional landscapes and achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Proven ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and provide empathetic, client-centered care.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, especially in documentation practices.

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for efficient documentation.
• Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and their application in clinical settings.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
