As a fully remote position, this job allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients via secure telehealth platforms. Our team embraces flexibility and autonomy, enabling therapists to create a personalized workspace that promotes productivity and well-being. Scheduled hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, making it easier to balance professional and personal commitments.

• Conduct engaging and therapeutic online sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and identify mental health challenges, developing appropriate therapeutic strategies.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set personal goals for therapy and foster resilience through skill-building techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices.
• Create and maintain detailed electronic treatment records and progress notes in accordance with clinic protocols and privacy regulations.
• Participate in regular supervision and consultation with peers to enhance therapeutic skills and ensure quality of care.
• Provide crisis intervention support when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in distress.

This role primarily involves working with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds and life experiences, who are facing a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will have the chance to build meaningful relationships with clients, guiding them through their journeys toward improved mental health and emotional well-being.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to practice in Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated competence in using teletherapy technologies and methods, including familiarity with electronic documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional listening abilities, and a problem-solving mindset.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Previous involvement with community health initiatives or outreach programs.
• Affinity for working with underserved populations and cultural competency in addressing diverse mental health issues.
