• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing software tools to document findings efficiently and securely.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are client-centered, taking into account each individual’s unique challenges and personal recovery goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients through their recovery process.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to coordinate care, ensuring an integrated approach to mental health management.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, fostering a deeper understanding of the recovery process, which enhances family involvement and encourages a supportive home environment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems for streamlined documentation.

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in mental health counseling and demonstrated efficacy in therapy techniques specific to various mental health disorders.
• A strong foundation in evidence-based practices, with the ability to apply these methodologies effectively in clinical settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate trust and rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills to effectively engage with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Background in providing therapy to clients with varying degrees of mental health challenges, especially in a community health setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery methods.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
