Our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a strong work-life balance.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their severity, frequency, and impact on daily life.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific mental health needs, preferences, and rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver effective treatment interventions.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorder management and empower them with self-care strategies.
• Track client progress through ongoing assessments, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery and treatment alignment.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder therapy to integrate new knowledge into practice.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and assessments in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Participate in regular case consultations and professional development sessions to share insights and best practices with colleagues.
• Advocate for clients, contributing to the de-stigmatization of mental health issues and promoting their rights and needs.

Our clinic serves a broad spectrum of clients, primarily focusing on individuals grappling with mood disorders. This includes patients from diverse backgrounds, age groups, and life experiences. As a therapist in our practice, you will work closely with clients to foster a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their mental health challenges and develop effective coping strategies.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, PsyD, or LMFT in the state of Texas is required.
• Proficient mastery of evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT and DBT, specifically for mood disorders.
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and an ability to collaborate effectively with a team of psychiatrists and medical staff.
• Demonstrated success in achieving positive outcomes in mood disorder treatment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting is preferred, as it may enhance your ability to adapt to our remote service model.
• Previous work in outpatient mental health settings is a plus, providing relatable experience in managing client care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous for efficient documentation and client management.
