Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote therapy role serving clients in Massachusetts. This position is centered on providing practical, steady mental health support through virtual sessions.
As an LMFT, you will help clients work through relationship concerns, family stress, emotional challenges, conflict, communication struggles, and changes that impact their day-to-day lives. You will use your clinical training to assess concerns, guide treatment, and help clients make progress in ways that feel realistic and sustainable.
Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy appointments
  • Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families based on clinical need
  • Complete assessments and gather relevant mental health, relationship, and family history
  • Build treatment plans with measurable goals and clear next steps
  • Help clients develop better communication, coping, and problem-solving skills

Requirements
