• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and determine personalized needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals and preferences.
• Provide individual therapy sessions for adult clients utilizing evidence-based practices, focusing on solution-oriented approaches.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver effective virtual therapy sessions, ensuring client comfort and confidentiality.
• Offer crisis intervention services and support as needed, maintaining a compassionate and responsive approach.
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with mental health best practices and advancements in the field.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's (or doctoral) degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and challenges.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to maintain a productive therapy schedule and client care.
• No record of disciplinary actions or ethical violations on professional licensure.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, with a proven ability to engage clients effectively in a virtual format.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Previous experience working within multidisciplinary teams or in integrated health settings.
