  • Develop and facilitate therapeutic activities such as group therapy sessions, recreational activities, and skill-building workshops that promote recovery and well-being.
  • Utilize an innovative coaching model and natural environment teaching methods to foster client engagement and practical learning experiences.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with motivated, appreciative, and respectful clients who are either struggling with mental health issues or seeking to overcome substance use challenges. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a relevant field is required.
  • Possession of a current, valid, and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Oregon.
  • Demonstrated skills in time management, organizational abilities, and prioritization of tasks within a dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to engage in self-reflection, supervisory feedback, and the overarching learning process to enhance therapeutic efficacy.
Preferred Experience

Candidates with a minimum of three years of post-licensure experience are encouraged to apply, as this role demands a depth of understanding and ability to navigate complex client situations. Previous experience in a detox or substance use treatment setting is particularly valuable.
