• Create individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs, progress, and personal goals, utilizing proven evidence-based therapies.
• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions in a respectful and confidential manner, fostering a safe atmosphere for clients to express themselves.
• Actively engage in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress, share insights, and coordinate care strategies.
• Analyze client information to accurately diagnose mental health conditions and devise effective treatment plans, ensuring clients receive optimal support and referrals when necessary.
• Develop and facilitate therapeutic activities such as group therapy sessions, recreational activities, and skill-building workshops that promote recovery and well-being.
• Utilize an innovative coaching model and natural environment teaching methods to foster client engagement and practical learning experiences.

Your primary focus will be working with motivated, appreciative, and respectful clients who are either struggling with mental health issues or seeking to overcome substance use challenges. This population often benefits immensely from compassionate, individualized care and evidence-based methodologies, as they embark on their journey towards recovery and improved mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a relevant field is required.
• Possession of a current, valid, and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrated skills in time management, organizational abilities, and prioritization of tasks within a dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to engage in self-reflection, supervisory feedback, and the overarching learning process to enhance therapeutic efficacy.
