This full-time remote position allows you to work from anywhere, enabling flexibility in managing your schedule according to your lifestyle. We provide a robust telehealth infrastructure, including HIPAA-compliant platforms for virtual sessions, which ensures you can focus on what matters most—your clients. You will be equipped with a cloud-based electronic health records (EHR) system to streamline operations and maintain compliance with all insurance requirements, including Medicaid and Medicare.

• Provide high-quality counseling services to a diverse patient population through individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at identifying problems and developing solutions.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment methods to deliver effective programs that assist clients in managing symptoms related to mental health issues, trauma, or dual diagnoses.
• Conduct assessments of clients during their treatment journeys, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and safety are maintained throughout the therapeutic process.
• Work collaboratively with administrative teams that handle business operations, allowing you to focus exclusively on your patients and their care.
• Document treatment plans and progress in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

You will engage with a wide array of clients, addressing both acute and chronic mental health issues. • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted state licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or clinical setting is essential to ensure effective and empathetic engagement with clients.
• Candidates must possess a reliable laptop or desktop equipped with high-speed internet and a web camera to conduct telehealth sessions effectively.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating effective problem-solving and time management skills.
• Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.
• Flexibility to accommodate some evening and weekend hours as needed for client scheduling.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, complemented with potential bonuses based on performance. Full-time counselors are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring you have access to necessary health services.
