Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work flexibly from home while maintaining a structured schedule. Our counselors operate within an outpatient office framework, delivering services to clients in various settings. Your typical work week will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a consistent routine that aligns with our client's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions and develop personalized therapeutic approaches.
  • Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, employing a variety of techniques tailored to the unique needs of adult individuals and couples.
  • Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans within a 24-hour requirement to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
  • Utilize peer case consultations to discuss challenging cases and enhance therapeutic approaches, fostering collaboration with fellow counselors.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential client records in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult individuals and couples experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your therapeutic expertise will help clients develop coping strategies, enhance communication skills, and achieve personal growth, ultimately leading to improved mental well-being and satisfaction in life.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.
  • Active and independent licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW) in Oregon is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency with technology is necessary, ensuring you can effectively conduct virtual therapy sessions using various online platforms.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with backgrounds in outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, or specialized modalities (such as trauma-focused therapy) will be highly regarded.
