This position will be held in a fully remote setting, allowing licensed professionals to provide care in a flexible and convenient manner. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health specialists, all while working from the comfort of your home. As an LCSW at Aspire People Psychotherapy Solutions, your primary responsibilities will encompass the following:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans based on these assessments.
• Implementing various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensuring high standards of documentation.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care, sharing insights from assessments and treatment progress to enhance overall care strategies.
• Participating in regular consultations and peer review meetings to promote ongoing professional development, improve quality of care, and foster team learning.
• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health challenges and recovery pathways, including available community resources and support systems.
• Staying informed of the latest trends and research in mental health, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice to continually enhance patient care.

Your role will involve working with a diverse population of patients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health conditions. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in a mental health setting focusing on psychotherapy.
• Proficiency in a range of psychotherapeutic techniques, particularly solution-focused therapies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to address complex client needs effectively.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team-focused environment.

While not mandatory, experience working in a remote healthcare setting and familiarity with digital health tools are advantageous. Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment modalities and willingness to engage in a holistic approach to mental health are highly valued in our practice.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes:
