• Deliver diverse therapeutic services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments via telehealth platforms to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and objectives for treatment.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are personalized for each client, leveraging best practices to promote their mental health.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaborations with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure seamless care and support for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation of client interactions, treatment interventions, and progress notes using the company’s secure record-keeping systems.

You will work with a varied client demographic, ranging from children to adults, who may present with a spectrum of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your role will be instrumental in helping them achieve personal growth and recovery through supportive, empathetic, and culturally competent care.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted license to practice as a mental health professional in the following categories: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted; candidates must have a clean professional record without disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrate strong skills in diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and clinical interventions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor are essential for building rapport with clients.
• Computer proficiency is required to navigate telehealth platforms and maintain updated digital documentation effectively.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions.
• Previous work with diverse populations and familiarity with multicultural competency.

• The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, adjusted based on your caseload and prior experience.
