Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
  • Create and adjust personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clientsโ€™ unique circumstances, strengths, and therapeutic goals.
  • Conduct regular counseling sessions with clients, offering both individual and group therapy to address a variety of mental health challenges.
  • Monitor ongoing client progress through continual assessments and modify treatment strategies as necessary to facilitate optimal recovery outcomes.
  • Lead therapeutic sessions, integrating evidence-based practices and referrals to specialists when appropriate to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will directly impact a diverse client population facing various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and addiction. Qualifications
  • A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
