This role is positioned within a community health clinic setting, allowing for a flexible, remote work arrangement. • Diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Create and adjust personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ unique circumstances, strengths, and therapeutic goals.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions with clients, offering both individual and group therapy to address a variety of mental health challenges.
• Monitor ongoing client progress through continual assessments and modify treatment strategies as necessary to facilitate optimal recovery outcomes.
• Lead therapeutic sessions, integrating evidence-based practices and referrals to specialists when appropriate to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Empower clients by facilitating self-awareness and personal growth, while providing unwavering support and motivation throughout their therapeutic journey.

Your work will directly impact a diverse client population facing various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and addiction. • A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills with an emphasis on client motivation and support.

• Experience in a community health setting is preferred, with a focus on collaborative care approaches.
• Familiarity with telehealth delivery models and electronic health record systems.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
