Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health challenges, creating customized treatment plans that effectively address their needs.
• Administer individual therapy sessions using personalized therapeutic techniques, always prioritizing the client’s unique experiences and goals.
• Collaborate with clients to establish and monitor therapeutic goals, tracking progress closely to ensure continuous improvement and adjustment of strategies as needed.
• Provide teletherapy services through secure platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face transportation or mobility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment plans to uphold the highest ethical standards in practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills, remaining informed on the latest trends and therapeutic modalities in marriage and family therapy.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Harmony Mind, you will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from individuals seeking help with anxiety and depression to families navigating complex relational dynamics. Qualifications

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities, effectively managing caseloads and administrative duties.

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of relevant clinical experience working in mental health settings, ideally involving individual and family therapy.
• Experience with teletherapy practices and familiarity with online counseling tools is an asset.
• Knowledge of and experience with various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and family systems therapy.
