TL/DR:
Rivalry is focused on building the most engaging next gen sports betting and entertainment brand globally and we’re looking for a solid Product Manager to join us on our next phase of growth. 

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for product management aligned to core areas of the Rivalry product, leading the roadmap, design and development. You will collaborate closely with fellow product managers, developers, designers, marketing, compliance, retention, payments and customer support teams to successfully deliver Rivalry’s product experience.

The nitty-gritty:
  • Lead product planning, design and solution definition for core areas of Rivalry’s product including mobile 
  • Lead a cross functional product team of designers, developers & QA 
  • Lead, define and roadmap, features and requirements aligned to business goals
  • Responsible for establishing and analyzing success metrics for features released to track uptake and identify opportunities for improvement 
  • Represent and communicate strategy and progress updates to key stakeholders
  • Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities. Monitor product sprints and evaluate results
  • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog balancing requirements of all stakeholders
  • Leverage team members and resources to execute a product roadmap as quickly as possible; iterating on timelines that make sense
  • Execute and support improvement of Agile processes
  • Lead by example and empower others to be effective, process-driven, accountable, and autonomous
  • Be responsible for tracking team velocity
  • Foster a safe environment for your team where transparency and candid communication is encouraged
  • Support QA processes to ensure the product meets goals and quality standards

Your stats:
  • 2-5 years of digital product management / ownership experience
  • Experience building and optimizing mobile apps for iOS and Android
  • Experience collaborating with other product managers and teams building web and mobile products simultaneously
  • Customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating that into the product development process, user experience and design
  • Experience working with agile development teams
  • Experience managing and maintaining the product development lifecycle in platforms such as Jira or other similar software
  • Experience building and launching products with engineering teams
  • Experience and interest in diving deep into data analysis to analyze impact of product changes and support product decision making
  • Strong investigation, prioritization, negotiation and organization skills
  • Strong and comfortable in working with others remotely
  • English fluency
