This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on shaping and scaling a mobile-first experience used daily by a diverse global customer base. You will own the strategy, vision, and execution of a mission-critical mobile application that enables users to manage real-world operations on the go. The role requires a strong blend of product intuition, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution in a fast-moving SaaS environment. You will work closely with engineering, design, research, and go-to-market teams to deliver intuitive, high-performance mobile experiences across iOS and Android. Operating in a highly collaborative and data-driven setting, you will define success metrics, drive continuous discovery, and ensure every release delivers measurable customer value. This position is ideal for a product leader passionate about mobile experiences, user-centric design, and building products that directly influence adoption, retention, and engagement.

Accountabilities
  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the mobile application, aligning it with broader product and company objectives.
  • Lead continuous discovery efforts by engaging directly with users and translating insights into clear product opportunities and requirements.
  • Define and track north-star metrics and supporting KPIs for adoption, engagement, and retention, ensuring strong product instrumentation.
  • Drive end-to-end product development from discovery through delivery, launch, and iteration across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Design to create fast, intuitive, and native mobile experiences tailored to on-the-go users.
  • Manage multiple user personas (e.g., operators, owners, field staff, service providers), ensuring their needs are reflected in product decisions.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data teams to ensure scalable, high-quality execution and robust measurement frameworks.
  • Lead go-to-market readiness for product releases in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
  • Identify opportunities where mobile and AI capabilities can improve workflows, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Continuously evaluate product performance and iterate based on customer feedback, behavioral data, and market trends.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on mobile applications within B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of launching, scaling, and iterating mobile products on both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Experience managing App Store and Google Play release cycles in production environments.
  • Strong ability to work with complex, multi-persona products serving diverse user groups and workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting user research, field interviews, and continuous discovery to inform product decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, interpret data, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and optimization.
  • Strong product intuition combined with structured problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align teams around product vision and priorities.
  • Passion for mobile-first experiences and user-centric design; experience in hospitality, travel, or property management is a plus.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with market standards.
  • Equity participation through stock options in a high-growth, profitable organization.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility across your country of residence.
  • Strong focus on professional growth, learning, and long-term career development opportunities.
  • Generous annual paid leave aligned with local country regulations.
  • Health insurance and pension benefits where applicable based on location.
  • Inclusive, international team culture spanning multiple countries and time zones.
  • Values-driven organization emphasizing autonomy, ownership, and impact.
  • Opportunity to work on a high-usage mobile product with real-world operational impact.
