About the role:

As a Supply Chain Resiliency Program Lead, you will help execute Westinghouse's enterprise Supply Chain Resiliency Program. This program aims to mitigate supply chain risks across critical categories, suppliers, and components, ensuring continuous improvement. You will partner with teams to strengthen supplier risk management, business continuity, governance, and operational resiliency through standardized processes, analytics, and continuous improvement programs. You will report to the Manager, Supply Chain Resiliency and work remote. 100% remote role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support execution of the enterprise Supply Chain Resiliency (SCR) Program by assessing, and mitigating supply chain risks across suppliers, categories, and components.

  • Conduct market intelligence, supplier landscape assessments, and research to identify potential alternate sources of supply for sole-source, single-source, constrained, or high-risk categories and components.

  • Be the initial gatekeeper for alternate source identification by evaluating potential suppliers and providing recommendations to Category Management for sourcing consideration and risk mitigation planning.

  • Partner with Category Management, Project Procurement Management, Supplier Performance Engineering, Engineering, Operations, Materials, and Account Management teams to develop and implement supply chain risk mitigation strategies.

  • Support the implementation, and continuous improvement of Supplier Risk Management (SRM) processes, governance, tools, dashboards, reporting, and standard work.

  • Coordinate and monitor Supply Chain Resiliency projects, ensuring agreement on our priorities, project milestones, partner expectations, and governance requirements.

  • Consolidate project status, identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints, and provide recommendations to support timely execution and issue resolution.

  • Analyze supplier risk metrics, operational data, Power BI dashboards, and other performance indicators to identify trends, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and executive updates on program performance, supply chain risks, mitigation activities, and overall resiliency progress.

  • Help develop process standardization, continuous improvement programs, and frameworks, playbooks, templates, and training materials.

  • Contribute to business continuity, supplier governance, and strategic supply chain initiatives designed to strengthen enterprise resilience and reduce risk exposure.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • BA or Master's degree in an engineering field preferred

  • 8+ years of procurement experience in either category management, operations, quality, project or materials management
