As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Methodist Therapeutic Clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough behavioral health assessments to understand the unique needs and circumstances of clients presenting with various mental health conditions.
• Offering evidence-based therapeutic interventions during teletherapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals while regularly evaluating progress and modifying approaches as necessary.
• Maintaining detailed, accurate, and confidential client records within our secure telehealth systems to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of care and integrate services for clients.

Your primary focus will be on providing comprehensive support to a diverse population of children and adults with varied mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You will be tasked with adapting your approach to meet the cultural sensitivities and unique needs of each client, ensuring that all individuals receive the compassionate care they deserve, regardless of their background.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• An active and current LCSW license in the state of California.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in providing mental health services.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in using technology for therapy sessions.
• A deep commitment to ethical professional practice and cultural competence in care delivery.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in delivering teletherapy services. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices will be advantageous, as will experience with case management and treatment for specific populations.
