JOB SUMMARY

Primary Purpose of Position

Widescope Consulting is proud to serve our nation's military and Veterans by supporting federal agencies in their mission to improve the U.S. health care system. Our work helps enhance the health and well-being of individuals who serve or have served our country. Our solutions are designed to help everyone live healthier lives.

The Business Systems Analyst may perform configuration management, performance and compliance improvements, conduct initial application triage, perform manual and regression testing, and help understand the software requirements and specifications through analysis as part of a feature team.

Primary Purpose of Position

A hybrid Business Systems Analyst supports the Development and Deployment of a Restricted Web Presence and content management system for the Military OneSource program.

Essential Functions Include

  • Responsible for monitoring project progress and budget against established timeline
  • Reviews all artifacts for quality and on-time delivery
  • Prepares feedback reports and communication status with Optum Serve on mutually agreed occurrence
  • Coordinates and facilitates client review and feedback meetings with key stakeholders and SMEs Responsible for writing and managing business requirements and stories
  • Prepares training materials and knowledge transition to Optum Serve content editors

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis and systems development
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in the software development (or product) lifecycle in order to improve quality and efficiency
  • Experience in generating process documentation and reports
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • 1+ years managing large scale projects and user testing
  • Ability to author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
  • US. Citizenship required

Preferences:

  • 1+ yearsโ€™ experience implementing content management solutions

Note: Due to contractual requirements with the Department of Defense, U.S. citizenship may be mandatory for this position.
