What You'll Do (Scope Varies by Level)
Project Managers at Media Cause lead cross-functional work and help teams deliver high-quality outcomes. Depending on experience and role level, responsibilities may include:
  • Managing multiple client projects using project management best practices
  • Building and maintaining detailed project plans, assessing dependencies, risks, and timelines
  • Partnering with Account, Strategy, Creative, Media, and Technology teams
  • Leading or supporting client communications and contributing to meetings
  • Managing project budgets, scope, and financial forecasts
  • Collaborating with resourcing and finance partners to staff projects effectively
  • Proactively identifying and escalating risks
  • Leading retrospectives and contributing to process improvements

Who You Are
We're open to Project Managers with approximately 2-12+ years of experience. Your background, scope of prior responsibility, and leadership experience will help determine the most appropriate role level. You likely bring:
  • Experience managing digital or integrated marketing projects (agency experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Confidence communicating with clients and internal teams
