Job description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer in Netherlands.

This is a senior technical leadership role focused on designing, building, and scaling enterprise-grade low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. You will play a key role in shaping architecture, governance, and delivery standards across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Microsoft ecosystem services. The position combines hands-on development with team leadership, mentoring, and technical decision-making. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders across multiple domains to translate requirements into scalable digital solutions. Working in a fast-paced Agile environment, you will also define CI/CD practices, ALM strategies, and integration patterns with enterprise systems. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving innovation through low-code technologies while leading high-performing development teams.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading both the technical execution and team coordination for Microsoft Power Platform initiatives, ensuring scalable and high-quality enterprise solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and managing sprint execution, task distribution, and backlog prioritization across development teams.
  • Conducting code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical retrospectives to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Mentoring and onboarding junior and mid-level developers, while delivering training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Defining and maintaining development standards, including naming conventions, solution structures, and error-handling patterns.
  • Designing and implementing low-code enterprise architectures using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Establishing environment strategy (Dev/UAT/Production), ALM practices, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Power Platform Pipelines.
  • Integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure services, and Microsoft Graph API.
  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements, transforming them into user stories, technical specifications, and solution design documents.
  • Contributing to long-term roadmap planning and defining KPIs for the Power Platform domain.
Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform professional with strong technical depth and proven leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).
  • Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Fx, responsive design, and component libraries.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows), including complex automation and error handling.
  • Solid experience with Dataverse data modeling, security roles, business rules, and calculated fields.
  • Strong integration skills using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and custom connectors.
  • Experience with CI/CD and ALM practices using Azure DevOps or Power Platform Pipelines.
  • Good SQL knowledge for working with Dataverse and SQL Server environments.
  • Proven experience in technical leadership, including code reviews, architecture reviews, and mentoring teams.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and structured documentation.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Microsoft PL-400 certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
  • English proficiency at B1+ level and fluency in Ukrainian.
Benefits:
  • Flexible work model (remote or office-based, depending on preference).
  • Remote onboarding and distributed team environment.
  • Performance-based bonuses (quarterly or annual depending on role).
  • Access to internal learning resources and partner training programs.
  • Health and life insurance coverage.
  • Wellbeing program and access to corporate psychological support.
  • Mobile communication reimbursement and corporate telecom benefits.
  • Opportunities to work with modern Microsoft technologies, AI tools, and enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Inclusive, innovation-driven culture with strong focus on professional growth.
