Job description

Title: Microsoft IAM Analyst
Duration: Full Time
Location: EST Time zone Remote
Microsoft FIM/Identity Management Consultant (FIM/IDM/IDAM/MIM/ILM/MIIS
Requires an IDAM/Identity and Access Management Consultant with experience of Microsoft Identity Management tools and MS Azure AD/Office365 integration required to assist with the deployment of the Microsoft IAM technology software components within a test. Dev, Prod and DR environment and Comfortable with the hands on implementation of these products and producing documentation as required by the project.
IDAM/Identity and Access Management Consultant with experience of Microsoft Identity Management tools and MS Azure AD/Office365 integration:
- Microsoft Identity Manager 2016
- Microsoft Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
- Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services
-Additional experience with Office 365, Exchange and Azure IAAS is strongly preferred
- Comfortable with associated disciplines of Security Policy and Governance
Should Have-
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience
  • Hands on experience on MIM implementations
  • Hands on experience in developing custom connectors using ECMA 2.0, Web Services, Powershell
  • Hands on experience in creating custom business rules and workflows using Rules Extensions
  • Hands on experience in codeless provisioning in FIM Portal using Sets, MPRs, Workflows, Synchronization rules
  • Migration experience - should have been part of at least one migration project to migrate from one IDM solution to another
  • Strong understanding of IDM structure, should be able to export and migrate policies, rules and workflows and import to MIM
  • Creation of roles, manage role structure and its role assigning permission
  • Coding knowledge in Visual C#, VB, Powershell
  • Good knowledge of eDirectory, LDAP preferred
  • Good Knowledge in Azure AD preferred
  • Good experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues with identity synchronization across the connected systems
  • Good general understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts
