Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Micro Precision Counseling Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations for clients to identify mental health diagnoses and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Documenting sessions meticulously according to our clinic’s policies, including ongoing updates on treatment plan reviews and case notes.
• Managing a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, employing individual, family, and group therapy modalities as required.
• Delivering excellent customer service and collaborating effectively with a diverse team to enhance our community's mental health services.
• Utilizing creative therapeutic interventions to motivate clients and help them exceed their goals.
• Coordinating care with other professionals, including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff where necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients include children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will be equipped to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, respecting and understanding the unique experiences and perspectives they bring to therapy. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship will be key in supporting their journeys toward recovery and well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapeutic services across diverse modalities, ideally with a focus on family therapy.
• Familiarity with community resources and the ability to assist clients in accessing additional support services.
• Previous experience in mental health documentation, such as diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Proficiency in effective communication, both verbal and written, to maintain clear interaction with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.
• Experience serving a diverse clientele with various needs.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package is competitive and includes:
