Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Micro Precision Counseling Center, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing creative therapeutic interventions to motivate clients and help them exceed their goals.
  • Coordinating care with other professionals, including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff where necessary.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • Experience in providing therapeutic services across diverse modalities, ideally with a focus on family therapy.
  • Familiarity with community resources and the ability to assist clients in accessing additional support services.
  • Previous experience in mental health documentation, such as diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
