Fortitude Psychotherapy Center is seeking a passionate and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to effectively evaluate each client’s mental health status and specific needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to address unique issues, goals, and circumstances of clients.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions that foster healing and encourage personal growth.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide integrated care that addresses the various dimensions of clients' lives.
• Engage in ongoing education with clients’ families, helping them navigate their loved ones' therapeutic journeys.
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of client interactions, complying with all relevant regulations and ethical standards.

As an LMFT at Fortitude Psychotherapy Center, you will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support vulnerable populations, including individuals affected by homelessness, refugees, and victims of domestic abuse. Your clinical expertise will contribute to a significant transformation in their lives, promoting mental well-being and resilience.

• Must possess a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• An empathetic approach, coupled with a nonjudgmental attitude towards diverse client experiences.
• Ability to manage time effectively and organized strategies for caseload management.

• Experience working with mood disorders and trauma-informed care.
• Previous involvement in community health settings or with underserved populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or family systems therapy.

• A competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 – 105,000 based on qualifications and relevant experience.
