Our outpatient office setting provides an atmosphere focused on therapeutic care while allowing flexibility through remote work options. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will enjoy the convenience of managing your schedule while maintaining a connection with colleagues for support and collaboration. This role allows you to work closely with clients from the comfort of your own home, utilizing telehealth technologies to deliver quality care.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based tools to determine appropriate treatment goals and interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are responsive to the unique needs of each client, integrating therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, actively guiding them through therapeutic exercises and discussions designed to promote personal growth and healing.
• Document and monitor client progress through regular updates in our case management system, ensuring that treatment plans remain relevant and effective.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources, fostering a greater understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and stakeholders to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to client wellness.
• Maintain a high standard of ethics and confidentiality while adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements in mental health care.

You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals, couples, and families facing a range of challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Our clients come from varying backgrounds and expect culturally competent care that meets their specific needs. Your role as an LMFT is pivotal in helping these clients build resilience and navigate their circumstances effectively.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field, complemented by a valid LMFT license for practice in your respective state.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating your ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Strong understanding of family systems theory and techniques used in therapeutic practices related to marriage and family therapy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to convey sensitive information with empathy and clarity.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively while providing personalized care.

• Experience working remotely or with telehealth platforms, showcasing your adaptability to digital engagement.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices, providing you with a comprehensive approach to client issues.
• Training or specialization in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., EMDR, Play Therapy) is a plus, enhancing our collective capabilities within the team.
