• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, applying techniques such as Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in consultation with clients that address their specific issues and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions with clients across various age groups, addressing assorted mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.
• Lead couples therapy sessions, employing strategies to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and rebuild relationships.
• Regularly monitor and modify treatment plans based on client progress and feedback to ensure appropriateness and effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families to provide coordinated care and support throughout the therapeutic process.
• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, offering immediate support to clients during acute distress or emergencies.
• Stay informed on current trends, research, and best practices within the field of marriage and family therapy.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Our clients encompass a broad demographic, including individuals, couples, and families. You will engage with clients dealing with various life challenges, including relationship difficulties, mental health disorders, and stressors related to parenting. Your role will ensure that all clients receive equitable access to mental health resources, with an emphasis on culturally sensitive care that respects and honors diverse backgrounds.

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist as mandated by the State Board.
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy in individual and/or couples settings, with a commitment to ethical clinical practices.
• Ability to complete client assessments and documentation efficiently while managing multiple caseloads.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral, to engage clients and interdisciplinary teams.

• Previous experience working in remote therapy settings, utilizing virtual platforms for secure client interactions.
• Hands-on experience with various therapeutic modalities tailored for individuals and families, including cognitive-behavioral techniques, attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and resources to support clients in crisis.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
