• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with patients, creating a safe and supportive environment for open communication.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each patient.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions with clients, offering therapeutic interventions aimed at alleviating symptoms and resolving conflicts.
• Adapt treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments of patient progress and feedback.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to inform counseling practices, ensuring interventions are grounded in clinical research.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations, collaborating with fellow therapists to share insights and strategies for effective treatment.
• Document patient interactions and treatment progress accurately and thoroughly to maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Our client base consists of individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As an LMFT, you will work primarily with patients seeking to improve their emotional resilience, enhance their interpersonal relationships, and navigate difficult life transitions. Your role will not only involve individual and group therapy but also family therapy that focuses on healing and strengthening family dynamics.

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic practices and techniques relevant to marriage and family dynamics.

• Experience in a community health clinic setting is preferred, although not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competency in therapeutic practice.
• Prior experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling will be advantageous.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
