The work setting for this role is fully remote, allowing you to connect with clients through tele-health services. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.
• Engage in individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and school personnel, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when required, ensuring a safety net for our most vulnerable clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Organize and lead therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance communal support among clients.

Your work will directly impact a diverse population of young individuals, ranging from elementary through high school age, who are experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. You will foster relationships that encourage trust and facilitate open communication, allowing clients to express their concerns in a supportive environment. Your role is pivotal in guiding clients through their struggles, promoting healthy coping mechanisms, and enhancing their overall mental well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate approach to client care.

While we welcome all applicants, candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting will find themselves well-prepared for this role. Familiarity with tele-therapy platforms and a solid understanding of the challenges faced by school-aged children in remote settings is highly advantageous.
