Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Meadow Social Work, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Delivering individual, group, and family therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that reflect clients' unique goals and needs.
• Maintaining collaborative relationships with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Providing crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and developing effective safety plans as required.
• Facilitating psychoeducational workshops and group therapy sessions to support clients in their healing journey.
• Documenting all interactions and interventions accurately and promptly in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
