As a fully remote position, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work from their home office, connecting with clients through virtual platforms to ensure ongoing support and engagement. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' psychological and social needs, integrating findings into individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, focusing on the unique challenges of clients in a detox program.
• Develop and implement effective, evidence-based interventions that respect and respond to clients’ personal histories and recovery goals.
• Collaborate with medical staff and addiction specialists to ensure an integrated care approach, enhancing treatment outcomes.
• Facilitate case management, including coordinating referrals to additional services, community resources, and support groups.
• Regularly monitor client progress and re-evaluate treatment plans to adapt to changing needs and circumstances.
• Actively participate in team meetings to discuss client care, share insights, and support fellow team members in delivering optimal care.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay updated on current research, treatment modalities, and policies related to substance use and mental health.

This position focuses on adults undergoing detoxification from various substances. The social worker will address not only the immediate mental health needs but also the long-term psychosocial needs of clients and their families. By fostering supportive environments, you will help clients navigate the complexities of recovery, addressing trauma, grief, and relational dynamics that may arise during this critical phase.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Expertise in mental health, addiction, and social work principles.
• Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated capacity for empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution.

• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical social work, particularly in addiction services or a detox setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and care provision.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
