Customer Care Representative (Returns & Billing Support) Compensation $17.50 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service (on eligibility dates) Customer Care Representative (Returns & Billing Support) Highlights Contract assignment – based on attendance, performance and business needs it could extend or go direct. Fully remote Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Required availability: ability to work some evening shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days OVERVIEW : handle remote customer order support by answering questions about order status/product information, processing returns, documenting accounts, and coordinating with the billing team to resolve disputes via phone/chat/email. Note : This role involves handling sensitive customer situations, including calls from patients or family members; empathy and professionalism are required.
Customer Care Representative (Returns & Billing Support) Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and product information requests Process customer returns according to established policies and procedures Work closely with the Medical Billing team to help resolve disputed billing charges Provide feedback to Customer Service Management regarding service failures or customer concerns Partner with Sales Representatives to meet or exceed customer service expectations Communicate with customers through web chat and email (in addition to other channels as needed) Maintain accurate, detailed notes in customer accounts to ensure proper and timely follow-up Perform other duties and tasks as assigned Customer Care Representative (Returns & Billing Support) Requirements High School Diploma or GED 1+ year of experience in the medical industry or call center/customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedures and customer documentation Intermediate math skills (discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer skills (Word processing, Excel, Access and/or other database software) Familiarity with call center tools (dialer/telecommunications software) or ability to learn quickly Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Customer Care Representative (Returns & Billing Support) Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting customers in a medical supply or healthcare environment Experience with returns processing and/or billing dispute support Comfort handling sensitive calls with empathy and professionalism Strong documentation skills in a high-volume environment If you think this Customer Care Representative (Returns & Billing Support) position is a good fit for you, please apply to this posting!
