Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders, tailoring the approach to suit each client's distinct history and context.
  • Develop, implement, and adapt treatment plans that align with the clients' goals, incorporating evidence-based practices and client feedback.
  • Facilitate individual, couple, and group counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
  • Guide clients through coping mechanisms, self-efficacy strategies, and self-care techniques to empower them in managing their mental health effectively.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes and improvements.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals, ensuring that clients receive holistic and integrated care.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of clientsโ€™ treatment and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse group of clients experiencing various issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship conflicts. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent upon experience and caseload requirements.
