• Conduct confidential therapy sessions via secure video conferencing tools, ensuring a comfortable virtual environment for clients.
• Utilize an array of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, to meet the individual needs of clients.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize their mental health goals and support their growth.
• Implement coping strategies and therapeutic interventions aimed at fostering resilience and positive mental health outcomes.
• Regularly assess and document client progress, adjusting treatment approaches based on their evolving needs and feedback.

Your role will encompass a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You'll work with clients of all ages, supporting them through life transitions and personal crises in a compassionate and understanding manner. Your expertise will contribute significantly to their mental wellness journey.

• Possess a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Hold active licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) without any restrictions, enabling you to practice legally and ethically.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while effectively managing your schedule and client interactions.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a robust understanding of various therapeutic approaches.
• Be well-versed in using technology for therapy, including telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and digital communication tools.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a mental health therapist, preferably in a telehealth setting.
• Background in working with a variety of psychological disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Experience collaborating in a multidisciplinary healthcare team, enhancing holistic patient care.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
