We're a growing team looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Specialist to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
- Monitoring our virtual mailbox and routing/handling correspondence
- Helping track and maintain state compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Coordinating new hire merchandise/swag shipping requests
- Supporting internal people operations and admin tasks (onboarding logistics, document organization, record keeping, etc.)
- Generally keeping things moving - flagging what needs attention, following up on loose ends, and being a dependable second set of hands
You'll be a great fit if you:
