Job Summary:
Apolis is seeking a Product Manager Technical (PMT) specializing in Order to Cash (OTC). The role involves configuring and maintaining merchant account setups, managing product catalogs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project completion.
Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain merchant account setups
• Manage ASIN setup and product catalog
• Create and localize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various geographic markets
• Create, audit and maintain Jira tickets for IFT team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project completion
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for Kuiper operational support teams
• Develop and maintain internal IFT team supporting documentation such as RACI, risk reports, etc.
• Help source data and other Amazon resources to accelerate contract negotiation for carrier contracts for return shipping negotiate carrier contracts for return shipping
• Develop and maintain test cases for platform functionality
• Execute functional and user acceptance testing
• Document and compile test evidence for stakeholder review
• Implement automation solutions for routine testing procedures
