Build What Gets Built - Not Just What Gets Designed

If you're a BIM MEP professional who wants to work on complex, high-impact projects-not just produce models-this role offers a chance to step into a true coordination and delivery role supporting US-based construction teams.

You'll go beyond modeling to help ensure that designs are constructible, coordinated, and ready for real-world execution. Working directly with experienced US BIM leaders, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality MEP systems across multiple projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop detailed MEP BIM models (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical) using Revit
  • Coordinate across disciplines using Navisworks to identify and resolve clashes
  • Produce project-ready deliverables: sheets, schedules, quantity take-offs, and reports
  • Collaborate daily with US-based project teams to align models with real project needs
  • Maintain and apply BIM standards, templates, and execution plans
  • Ensure models are accurate, coordinated, and ready for construction or fabrication
  • Work within BIM 360 / ACC environments for model management and collaboration

Why This Role Is a Career Move

This isn't just a production role.

You'll gain:

  • Direct exposure to US construction standards and workflows
  • Experience working on complex, multidisciplinary projects
  • The opportunity to grow into BIM Coordination, automation, or technical leadership roles
  • A chance to build deep expertise in MEP systems and constructability
  • If you want to become a top-tier BIM professional working on global projects, this is the path.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years (or more) of relevant BIM/MEP modelling experience in the construction industry (US project experience preferred).
  • Proficient with Autodesk Revit (MEP module), and comfortable using Navisworks Manage / Simulate for clash detection & model coordination.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, ELV) and their modelling/coordination in BIM context.
  • Good understanding of Architecture & Structure for coordination in BIM context.
  • Good command of English (written & verbal) for remote team communication, documentation and coordination.
  • Ability to follow established BIM workflows, templates and standards; good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working remotely, managing deliverables, and collaborating with a team across time zones.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working on US-based or international construction/BIM projects (or exposure to US standards) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE) like BIM 360, ACC, SharePoint, or equivalent.
  • Experience with automation or scripting (Dynamo, Revit API) or fabrication support for MEP modelling.

Work Environment

  • Remote role based in India
  • Collaboration with US-based teams (overlapping hours required)
  • High-performance, project-driven environment focused on quality and delivery

Compensation and featured benefits:

  • The pay for this position will be determined based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
