We're seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as Benefits Specialists. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to help them understand and access valuable benefit programs available through labor unions, associations, and partner organizations. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided, making this an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and career changers.


What You'll Do

  • Meet virtually with clients to review available benefit options
  • Educate clients on programs and coverage available to them
  • Assist clients with enrollment and onboarding
  • Maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service
