This role is conducted remotely, providing mental health counseling services to clients across various settings, including home and community environments. Our outpatient model removes barriers to accessibility, allowing therapists to connect with individuals where they feel most comfortable. • Supervise and manage clinical care for patients with varying psychological needs, ensuring high standards of performance and care quality.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, performing assessments to determine patient needs and preparing comprehensive documentation of treatment interventions.
• Possess a caseload of patients, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique emotional and behavioral challenges they face.
• Demonstrate advanced skills in assessing clients and their families, fostering collaborative efforts to devise effective resolution strategies.
• Provide therapeutic interventions in crisis situations, utilizing evidence-based practices to address immediate client needs.
• Offer personalized counseling services, including individual, conjoint, and family therapy, while also coordinating referrals to specialized services as necessary.
• Evaluate the needs of both patients and primary care providers to create effective psychological service plans, conducting follow-up evaluations to monitor progress.
• Perform mental health evaluations as part of the overall care structure, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance treatment pathways.
• Maintain meticulous records detailing strategy outlines, progress summaries, and necessary updates to reflect client advancements.

The Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other mental health challenges. • Must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
• Licensing as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory for this role.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities is highly desired.

South Pine Care Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional financial incentives may include:

• Up to $1,500 sign-on bonus.
