The Remote Mental Health Counselor will operate within a supportive virtual environment, connected with other professionals dedicated to mental health. You will utilize our advanced online platform to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring that you have all the tools necessary to provide the best care. • Conduct engaging and effective remote therapy sessions with clients utilizing our secure online platform.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date according to legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as necessary to provide integrated and comprehensive care, including case consultations and referrals.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards in all aspects of practice, including respecting confidentiality and obtaining informed consent.

This role primarily focuses on adults seeking individual therapy for a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will employ a client-centered approach, helping clients identify and work towards their mental health goals through tailored treatment approaches.

• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, specifically as a:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Proficient computer skills with a comfort level in using digital platforms for therapy sessions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.
• Ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual therapy preferred, ideally in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and best practices in virtual therapy delivery.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusivity in mental health care.

This position offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
