• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students and emerging therapists, guiding them through the clinical licensure process.
• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with allied healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance treatment efficacy and patient care.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique goals and challenges of each client.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, therapeutic techniques, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health care.

Our clientele comprises diverse individuals and families seeking support for a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. The Remote Mental Health Therapist Supervisor's role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive empathetic, informed, and effective care tailored to their respective cultural and personal backgrounds.

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Must hold a valid state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Current professional liability insurance is mandated.
• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, including supervision experience is required.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, along with familiarity in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in delivering training or coaching to less experienced colleagues.
• Proficiency in culturally competent counseling practices and an understanding of diverse population needs.

Englewood Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, with an attractive sign-on bonus of $3,000 for qualified candidates.
